Signal Labs uses Whop (whop.com) as our merchant of record. When you subscribe, Whop:
Signal Labs does not see, store, or process your payment-card information. Billing disputes are first routed through Whop's process; see Section 5 below.
Paid subscriptions are recurring and auto-renewing. Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your subscription will renew automatically at the then-current price. Whop's checkout discloses your billing frequency, the renewal date, and the price at the time you subscribe. You will receive a receipt for each renewal at your account email.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation is as easy as the original sign-up:
Once canceled, your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date. No future charges will be made.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
However, we will consider refunds in the following limited circumstances:
Refund requests under this Section should be sent to signallabs247@gmail.com with a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed by Whop and typically appear in your account within five to ten (5–10) business days, depending on your bank.
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us at signallabs247@gmail.com. Most disputes are resolved faster directly. Initiating a chargeback for a charge that was authorized and delivered as described may result in your account being suspended and you being barred from future subscriptions.
We may suspend or terminate your subscription, with or without notice, for violation of our Terms of Service. If we terminate for cause, no refund is owed. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any prepaid, unused portion of your subscription on a pro-rata basis.
We may change subscription pricing on at least thirty (30) days' notice before the change applies to your next renewal. Notice will be sent to your account email. You may cancel before the change takes effect to avoid the new price.
This Policy is intended to comply with North Carolina General Statute § 75-27.1 (Automatic Renewal Disclosures) and analogous state laws. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as described in the Terms.
Subscription fees pay for access to analytical content, not for winning picks. Refunds are not available — under any circumstance — based on (a) the win/loss record of published picks; (b) the performance of any model or confidence tier; (c) the failure of any specific pick, parlay, or strategy to be profitable; (d) line movement between posting and game start; or (e) your dissatisfaction with the volume, frequency, or content of picks published. You acknowledge that the subscription buys access only and that profitability is never promised.
If you initiate a chargeback for a charge that was authorized, delivered, and consistent with these Terms — and the chargeback is decided in our favor or withdrawn — you agree that Signal Labs may charge a $25 chargeback-handling fee to recover our administrative costs, in addition to suspending your account.
Pursuant to California Business and Professions Code § 17602, California subscribers may cancel an automatic-renewal subscription at any time by: (1) logging into your Whop account at whop.com/orders and selecting "Cancel Subscription"; (2) emailing signallabs247@gmail.com from your account email; or (3) any other method permitted by Whop, our merchant of record. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. We will email a confirmation of cancellation within two (2) business days.
