How much does Signal Labs cost?
Signal is $25/month or $199/year. Signal Pro is $39/month or $349/year. Annual plans save the equivalent of about 4 months. Both tiers include a 3-day free trial.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new subscription includes a 3-day free trial. You can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. After the trial, your subscription auto-renews at the price and frequency you selected (monthly or annual).
What's the difference between Signal and Signal Pro?
Signal is for sports bettors — daily picks across 6 sports, the public ledger, Discord access, and CLV tracking. Signal Pro adds the full DFS toolkit (optimizer, Monte Carlo simulation, ownership leverage, custom projection upload), the cross-sport Edge Board, and the First-Inning Lab. Pro is the right tier if you play daily fantasy on DraftKings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel directly in your Whop dashboard at any time — same place you signed up. Cancellation is as easy as sign-up: no email required, no retention call, no friction. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
The 3-day free trial is our refund policy — you can evaluate the product at no charge before any charge. After the trial converts to a paid period, subscriptions are non-refundable. Full refund policy at /legal/refund-policy.
Does the subscription auto-renew?
Yes. Your subscription auto-renews at the same price and frequency you signed up for. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your Whop dashboard. We email you a renewal reminder before each annual renewal so there are no surprises.
Is the annual plan a better deal?
Yes — the annual plan saves you about 4 months. Signal annual ($199/yr) saves $101 versus monthly. Signal Pro annual ($349/yr) saves $119 versus monthly. If you're a year-round sports bettor or DFS player, annual is the math-smart pick.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Whop, our merchant of record. Whop accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select digital wallets. Your card data never touches our servers.
Can I switch between Signal and Signal Pro?
Yes. Upgrade from Signal to Signal Pro at any time — you're billed the prorated difference. Downgrade from Pro to Signal at your next renewal date.
Do you offer team or group plans?
Not yet. We may introduce a multi-seat plan later in 2026 for syndicate or analytics-shop use. If you're interested, email hi@signallabsports.com.
What if I'm in a state where sports betting is illegal?
Signal Labs is an analytics and entertainment service — we publish picks and DFS lineups, not wagers. Subscribers are responsible for complying with the laws of their state. Signal Labs is not a licensed sportsbook. Daily fantasy sports is legal in most U.S. states. If you're unsure whether to subscribe, consult your local laws.
Subscription terms. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the price and frequency you select at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price and frequency until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your Whop dashboard — cancellation is as easy as sign-up. You retain access through the end of your current billing period. Prices are in USD. Sales tax may apply based on your billing location.
